Recommendations for freelancing?

I am looking to start freelancing but don’t know the right platform to start with.

Upwork seems to be biggest but my account was rejected few times and I heard they charge alot.
Fiverr seems to be good and also looking at toogit.

Which freelancing platform you guys think is best?
