Tech entrepreneur wannabe but non-coder

Hi, so im 17 and have always dreamt of running a tech business, but my interests were more in business development/ sales/ running the human side of the show as opposed to the code. What ways do you think i could gain experience to make me a viable candidate at, say, 21, for tech/ coder orientated co-founders to hopefully pick me to found a start-up with? Do you think setting up a media company (filming promos for people, editing, taking pictures etc.) with me focusing on the selling and marketing etc. would give me the experience i need, maybe an entertainment business (kids parties etc.)? UK based btw
